Head and Neck Cancer Radiotherapy Planning CT/CECT/MR/PET-CT with Radiology Reports

Notes

This head and neck cancer radiotherapy planning CT/CECT/MR/PET-CT multimodal paired dataset, limited to oropharyngeal and hypopharyngeal cancer, is rigorously de-identified and excludes cases with excessive noise. For CECT, non-contrast CT images are also included when they were acquired at the same time. MR sequences include T2w, DWI, and ADC, with CE T1w included when available. Diagnostic information and radiology reports are available for each of CECT, MR, and PET-CT. The imaging coverage differs by modality: ・Planning CT: head and neck ・CECT: neck to chest ・MR: head and neck ・PET-CT: whole body Diagnostic CECT, MR, and PET-CT were usually acquired before planning CT, although in rare cases they may have been acquired after planning CT. The dataset allows assessment of the imaging time intervals between modalities. The time intervals between each modality and planning CT are as follows: ・CECT: median 25 days, maximum 274 days ・MR: median 37.5 days, maximum 178 days ・PET-CT: median 52 days, maximum 252 days
