【Add this free dataset to the “Inquiry Cart” and submit to download it】 To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of DataHub, we are offering an annotated prostate MRI dataset for suspected prostate cancer free of charge. This prostate MRI dataset is rigorously de-identified and largely excludes cases with complications, excessive noise, prior surgery, or recurrence. However, to reflect real-world clinical heterogeneity, it does include some cases with concurrent primary malignancies, such as bladder, rectal, or penile cancer. All cases include T1w, T2w, DWI, and ADC images, and DCE images if available, from subjects with prostate cancer. Expert radiologists annotated and double-checked the dataset, including segmentation masks for all lesions assessed as PI-RADS 4 or 5 as well as prostate-related radiology reports. The segmentations include extracapsular extension within the contours while excluding skeletal metastases. Since they are based on clinical practice, some clinical information and sequences may not be available. If you need more cases, additional prostate MRI data, we also provide private datasets on DataHub—especially No. 10 Male Pelvis Prostate Cancer MR (PI-RADS 4, 5) with Segmentation. We can share samples upon request and offer dataset customization and data-related consulting, including medical feedback, customized AI development, and regulatory support for entering the Japanese medical device market.
