Notes
This breast MRI dataset is rigorously de-identified and largely excludes cases with complications, excessive noise, prior surgery, chemotherapy, or recurrence. Excluded complications include breast enlargement, fibroadenoma, and massive pleural effusion. All cases include T1w, DCE, T2w, DWI, and ADC images from subjects with breast cancer. Using early enhancement on DCE T1w as the primary reference, expert radiologists annotated and double-checked the dataset, including segmentation masks for all lesions in the right and left breasts assessed as BI-RADS 4, 5, or 6. The annotation targets include both breast cancer lesions and background breast parenchyma, representing normal glandular breast tissue. Breast-related radiology reports are also provided where available. Since the dataset is based on routine clinical practice, some clinical information and sequences may not be available.
